Florescue, the President, Chief Executive Officer, director and controlling shareholder of BFMA and the sole officer and director and controlling shareholder of FFC ("Florescue"), (iv) Ned L. Siegel, the President of The Siegel Group (a privately held real estate investment company) and a director of BFMA ("Siegel"), (v) Richard A.
